Ulster County Area Transit (UCAT) hereby announces a proposed overall goal of 2.02% for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation in DOT-assisted contracts receiving Federal financial assistance for the Federal Fiscal Years (FFY) 2018-2020. UCAT’s DBE goal will include projects for bus repairs, drug and alcohol testing, planning for a building structure and maintenance and repairs to the existing facility.
