Posted: June 29, 2021KINGSTON, N.Y. – Ulster County Executive Pat Ryan and the Ulster County Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA) announced today a tentative five-year contract agreement. CSEA is the County’s largest labor union, representing over 900 members within the County Government. The five-year agreement covers the period January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2024. The County employees represented by CSEA will receive a 3.5% wage increase for 2020, a 3.5% wage increase through 2021, and a 2% plus twenty-five cents per hour wage increase for the years 2022, 2023, and 2024.
